Normally the price of the rental of a “Mobile Event” can be divided into 3 components:

fixed costs

The fixed costs of the "mobile concept" are the all-in rental costs from the moment that the trailer is specifically adapted to the customer, the operational deployment time, until the trailer is completely removed in its original condition.

Variable costs per day

The variable costs relate to the number of actual operational deployment days such as: deployment of the truck, possible overnight stays, expenses, tolls, crossings, electricity / aggregate, Roadshow operator / driver at 10 hours per day.

Additional costs

The additional costs are the costs that, in consultation with the customer, relate to the total concept: interior (furniture, screens, walls, sound, internet, catering, wrap etc) and the exterior, such as logos to a full color wrap.
